Each enrolled child gets a unique PIN after signup so the front desk can verify the member profile quickly on every visit.
How To Join
Registration starts with the child who will be checking in at the rink.
Parents manage the account, but each membership is created under the child who will actually be checking in at the rink.
Step 1: Start the signup form
Use the membership signup link to open the secure registration form for your family account.
Step 2: Build the child profile
Enter the child name, upload the child photo for check-in verification, and add parent, phone, email, and emergency contact details.
Step 3: Choose the monthly family plan
Select the monthly unlimited membership plan. The membership stays under the child name even though the parent manages billing.
Step 4: Finish checkout
Once payment clears, the membership is active right away, login credentials are sent, and the child receives a unique 4-digit PIN for rink check-in.

12-month commitment
Memberships require a full 12-month term. After the initial term, cancellation needs at least 30 days written notice.
Military relocation exception
Active-duty families with official relocation orders can cancel without penalty.
Non-transferable
Each membership belongs to one child only and cannot be shared with siblings, friends, or guests.
No refunds
Fees are non-refundable for missed sessions, illness, travel, scheduling conflicts, maintenance closures, or private-event interruptions.
Behavior and pickup rules
Members must follow rink rules, skate safely, and be picked up on time. Repeated violations can lead to suspension or termination.
Special events are separate
Memberships cover standard public sessions only. Lock-ins, holiday events, private parties, and other special events may have separate admission.
