Pricing:
- 39.95/month for the first child
- 19.95/month for additional children (must be same household)
Memberships are billed monthly and require a 12-month commitment and a valid card on file.

How to Register Your Child for a Roller City Jax Membership
Roller City Jax memberships are created under each child’s name so our front desk can verify them quickly at check-in. Parents manage the account and billing through our secure online system.
Follow the steps below to set up your child’s membership:
STEP 1 — Click “Sign Up”
- Start by clicking the Sign Up button on our website.
You’ll be taken to our secure registration form.
STEP 2 — Create Your Child’s Profile
Fill out the form using:
Child’s Information
Child’s first and last name (required)
Child’s photo upload (required for check-in verification)
This helps our staff confirm membership upon arrival.
Parent/Guardian Information
Parent/guardian name
Parent/guardian email
Parent/guardian phone number
Emergency contact information
👉 Parents manage the account, but the membership itself stays under the child’s name.
STEP 3 — Select the Monthly Membership
Choose:
Family Plan – Monthly Unlimited Membership (Billed Monthly)
This plan gives unlimited admission to all regular public skating sessions.
STEP 4 — Complete Checkout
Enter payment information to activate the membership.
Once payment is completed:
Your child’s membership becomes active immediately
You’ll receive login credentials for your membership account, which you can login at https://roller-city.gymdesk.com/login
Your child will be assigned a unique 4-digit PIN for rink check-in.
Adding a Second (or Third) Child
If you have multiple children, you can add them to your family account after you complete your first signup.
How to add additional children:
Log in to your membership account
Click Add Family Member
Enter the second child’s details + upload photo
Select the same monthly membership plan (the discount will not show until after the child is added)
Proceed to checkout
Family Discount (50% Off Additional Children)
The system automatically applies your family discount:
1st Child → $39.95/month
2nd Child → $19.95/month
3rd+ Child → $19.95/month each
Important:
The discounted price appears during checkout, after the additional child is added to your family account.
Checking In at the Rink
Each child receives a unique 4-digit PIN code.
When they arrive at Roller City Jax:
They give their PIN to the front desk
Staff verifies their photo and active membership
If the person checking in does not match the photo on file, entry will be denied.
Once verified, they are admitted into the session

Key Polices Regarding Memberships
12-Month Commitment
Memberships require a full 12-month commitment from the date of enrollment. During this period, cancellations or pauses are not permitted for any reason. After the initial 12 months, memberships may be canceled with at least 30 days’ written notice submitted to Roller City Jax. This ensures we can properly update billing, access permissions, and member records.
Military Relocation Exception:
If you are an active-duty military member and receive official relocation orders, we will cancel your membership without penalty. We proudly support and respect our military families and their service.
Non-Transferable
Memberships are assigned to one individual child and cannot be shared, transferred, or used by siblings, friends, or guests. Each child must have their own active membership and membership card or ID number to enter. This helps us maintain accurate check-ins and ensure the safety and security of all skaters.
Late Pickup Policy
Parents and guardians are required to pick up their children promptly at the end of each session. Consistent late pickups disrupt staffing and operations. Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of the membership. If you anticipate being late, please notify staff as soon as possible.
No Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, missed sessions due to illness, family vacations, personal scheduling conflicts, or temporary rink closures for maintenance or private events. Credits, rollovers, or partial refunds are not provided.
Behavior Standards
All members must follow Roller City Jax safety rules and demonstrate respectful, responsible behavior at all times. Bullying, aggressive or unsafe skating, vandalism, defiance toward staff, or any inappropriate conduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of the membership without refund. We strive to maintain a positive and safe environment for all skaters.
Emergency Contacts
A valid emergency contact must be provided for every member before the membership can be activated. This includes at least one parent or guardian’s phone number and an alternate contact. Members may not participate until complete emergency contact information is on file for safety purposes.
Special Events
Membership benefits apply to standard public skating sessions only. Special events—such as themed nights, holiday events, lock-ins, private parties, or sessions with added entertainment—may require a separate admission fee. Members are always welcome to attend these events, but they are not included in the membership rate.
